Our inspiration for picking up the camera has and always will be our couples. Katrina and I have been fortunate enough to not only have these people accept us to document the most important day of their lives, but also to accept us to be their friends and family. Your stories are our life.

Brandon started his photography career in college when he joined the school newspaper. A passion for capturing real moments and telling the story led him to become the photography editor and win several awards for his coverage within only a year. Shortly afterwards he began shooting weddings with Katrina using this same style. The rest is history.

Johanna + Francis | Wedding



It was only a couple months ago that Johanna and Francis decided to tie the knot in Southern California before their five day wedding excursion in Mexico. It was held at the Trivoli Terrace in the beautiful Laguna Beach. They thought the small ceremony was going to be quick and easy but it turned out to be a lot more emotional than they thought. There were a lot of tears in the room including even a few from me. Thank you so much for taking me out to dinner after the wedding you two, I can’t wait to see you guys in Mexico.

New Blog!

Welcome to the new blog! I want to thank Ross, Eugen, Costea, and the rest of their wonderful team at Flosites for designing this blog and logo. They will listen to what you have to say and materialize your brand and vision into reality. Customer service was also one of the best I had encountered. Requests were done almost instantaneously and coupled with honest feedback. Everything turned out better than I imagined and I would highly recommend you give him a ring for your design needs.

Sayulita, Mexico

Ellen + Brandon | Wedding

I never told them this, but for some reason I felt as if I knew Ellen and Brandon my entire life. That’s probably one of the reasons why we were in such close contact right after they booked us last fall. I remember Ellen frantically telling me that it was going to rain on the day of her wedding, but it turned out to be a beautiful and sunny day. I knew everything in the end was going to work out Ellen. I’m still waiting to see those pictures you took of every course at The French Laundry even though I told you not to. That’s my job!
