Our inspiration for picking up the camera has and always will be our couples. Katrina and I have been fortunate enough to not only have these people accept us to document the most important day of their lives, but also to accept us to be their friends and family. Your stories are our life.

Brandon started his photography career in college when he joined the school newspaper. A passion for capturing real moments and telling the story led him to become the photography editor and win several awards for his coverage within only a year. Shortly afterwards he began shooting weddings with Katrina using this same style. The rest is history.

Kristel + Trevor

Photographed by Brandon Wong and Katrina Santos. Written by Katrina Santos

We first met Kristel and Trevor two years ago and since then, we’ve kept a close friendship amongst the four of us. I can still remember the day Trevor was elaborating on his plans to propose to Kristel at their childhood elementary school after six years of dating. We all couldn’t be more excited. Just last month the two tied the knot and it was nothing short of emotional. We could instantly tell how close the two families have grown the past six years and how much their relationship has matured with them.

They were married at the historical Heritage Museum Kellogg House, a truly wonderful place to shoot. We instantly fell in love with the victorian property with it’s old classrooms (which seems fitting since Kristel’s plans to becoming a teacher), a large ship mast that had been salvaged and incorporated into the house’s staircase, as well as historic blacksmith shop. Kristel and Trevor both love the Victorian era, and the Kellogg House was the perfect fit for their intimate wedding.
